I’m starting a new sketchbook today and I was stressed out looking for this one doodle that I wanted to include in the collage on the cover, but I wasn’t able to find it. But I actually have another sketchbook I could use with an already decorated cover, which I was planning to use for collaging my drawings into spreads and decided was too complicated and never began. After watching this video I realised that I’m definitely capable of creating spreads like these easily :) so I’ve decided to use the decorated sketchbook next and come back to the other one after! Thank you so much, you’ve just given me motivation to get ready this morning :)))

How to impress everybody: A complicated realistic scene with hands, an interesting background and it was drawn outside based off of nature. The only flaw is that this impossible, and even if you did it, your parents won’t be impressed. Why? Cuz you’re a fckin artist, what did you expect.

Art feels so normal to me, but when I actually start to think about it, it feels much more complicated than that. Like I have done this thing people have thought is hard my whole life and I feel, idk good at it! It’s wonderful. Especially getting compliments, they make me think “ wow people saying this thing I think is so normal is cool!”
